Main Meeting Room, Hospital Kuala Lumpur - Amorphous conducted a user-training session for staff of HKL's pediatric surgery and maternity OTs on Computerized OT Documentation System (COTDS) 2004. Amorphous developed and deployed an enhanced version of COTDS in HKL, starting with pediatric surgery and maternity OTs. This training session included an overview of the project, followed by presentations on the COTDS and hands-on training session. The system, already up and running in Seremban Hospital's OT, will collect surgical related information into a central database, and these data will be used for nationwide reporting and utilized by Peri-Operative Mortality Review (POMR) discussions.
