Ipoh Hospital - Amorphous conducts pre-deployment visit at Ipoh Hospital for COTDS (Computerized OT Documentation System) project. As a part of Amorphous' Project Management and Change Management Strategies, pre-deployment visits are important to meet the end-users, head of departments and get a firsthand view of the processes and procedures of the departments. Also, to take a look at available infrastructure and resources within the relevant departments. This will build rapport with the end-users and introduce them to the project objectives, as well as gain their support and commitment to the project. Amorphous always believes that the 'people' aspect of IT projects is always neglected but is an important factor in ensuring the success of any project.
