Hospital Penang - Emergency Calls and Ambulances Dispatch Information System (ECADIS) system was recently deployed and installed at Hospital Penang. Team members, Paul Yong (Project Manager) and Richard Lee (System Analyst) were present to conduct user training and system setup.

Call Logger feature was successfully installed, complete with rounds of sound quality tests. Previous version of ECADIS 1.0.14 was upgraded to version 1.0.23 with ambulances information included in the system. Staff were shown how to key-in information into the system correctly and Paul Yong demonstrated the report generation procedure.

Present in the training were Dr Teo Aik Howe, Dr Mohan and Medical Assistant Encik Amir Hassim and a few Accident & Emergency Medical assistants.
